Job Title: Conservation Lands Staff Student
Brody has joined our summer student team at Lower Trent Conservation for a second year. In addition to these daily tasks, Brody is assisting with bridge and boardwalk construction, making the trail network more publicly accessible.
Brody’s first impressions of Lower Trent Conservation are good. Although the Conservation Lands staff do not spend much time at the office, Brody has found everyone within the organization works towards a main goal: keeping our protected areas clean. Brody has also found gratification through this position by doing his part in keeping the environment clean and safe for animals, as well as for the general public.
Aside from working at Lower Trent Conservation, Brody’s main hobby is motocross, but he also enjoys wood working, fishing, camping, and hanging out with friends.
When asked what his favourite moment on the job so far has been, Brody says, “Honestly any time you finish a big job that you’ve spent long days/weeks on is rewarding, so any of those moments are the best for me.”

“I can’t thank Lee and Frank enough for all their guidance on the job. They have always gone out of their way to ensure our work is being performed safely and efficiently.”
